BIOTRON Static Resistance Strength Training

BIOTRON Static Resistance Training- Isometric training (full exertion with no movement) has been proven to be a highly effective strength development protocol and simple to do.

Protocol- Set the resistance at an amount greater than the user can move. Maximum pain free force is applied with "no movement", typically for 10 seconds, repeated at 10 degree intervals (starting fully extended for extensor muscles; staring fully contracted for flexor muscles.

In true isometric resistance with absolutely NO movement, the perception of no movement is unfulfilling psychologically. The BIOTRON structure in high force isometric protocol is designed to flex slightly. This stores an amount of live reflex energy, equal to the force applied, over a very small safe distance. This "Microflex" force produces a safe subtle live-load feel for the user, validating the maximal output effort.
